Managing Your Pet Roster

Updated 3/30/2026

Your roster is the group of pets you own. You can hatch new pets, name them, check their stats, and choose which one will be active in battle.

Hatching New Pets

Eggs stay in your inventory until you use them. When you hatch an egg, it becomes a new pet in your roster.

If an item will not hatch, check that it is really an egg. Not every item in your inventory can become a pet.

Naming Your Pets

Each new pet needs a name. Keep names simple and easy to remember.

Name rules:

1. Names must be 2 to 28 characters long.
2. You can use letters, numbers, and underscores.
3. Other symbols are not allowed.

Choosing Your Active Pet

You can own more than one pet, but only one pet is active at a time. Your active pet is the one you use in battle.

If you want to try a different pet, switch your active pet before you start a fight.

Reading Pet Stats

Each pet has a few important stats:

1. Level: Shows how strong the pet is overall.
2. XP: Shows how close the pet is to its next level.
3. HP: Shows current health for battle.
4. Species: Shows what kind of pet it is.
5. Variant: Shows its specific look or version.

Checking these stats often helps you decide which pet to train, heal, or use next.
