1. Eligibility

• By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account to play.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share or transfer your account.
• Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Create multiple accounts to gain advantage
• Interfere with the integrity of the game

Users may create limited content, including:

• Usernames
• Pet names
• Shop names

You agree that:

• Content must not be offensive, abusive, or infringe on rights
• We may remove or modify content at our discretion

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including:

• Game systems
• Art, pets, and assets
• Code and design

Is owned by Grapevine Technologies Inc and protected by law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Reset or rebalance game systems, including the economy

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

If your account is terminated:

• You may lose access to all items, currency, and progress
• No compensation will be provided

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for:
  • Loss of virtual items or currency
  • Service interruptions
  • Unauthorized account access

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grapevine Technologies Inc from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
